AllergenGuard is a trading name of Eletiser Ltd (Company No: 14113218), registered in England and Wales. We provide allergen compliance services to UK catering businesses under the Food Information Regulations 2014.
2. Services Provided
- Digital allergen menu creation and hosting
- QR code generation for allergen information access
- Staff allergen awareness training portal
- Compliance documentation and reports
- Supplier allergen data management
3. Free and Paid Services
Basic allergen compliance is provided free of charge including your digital allergen menu, QR code, and two menu updates per year. Additional updates and premium features are subject to separate pricing communicated to you in advance.
4. Accuracy of Allergen Information
Allergen information is compiled in good faith from information supplied by food business operators and their suppliers. This information is indicative only. Eletiser Ltd accepts no liability for inaccuracies arising from incorrect information provided by operators or suppliers. Food business operators remain solely responsible for the accuracy of allergen information provided to customers under the Food Information Regulations 2014.
5. Responsibilities of Food Business Operators
- Provide accurate and up-to-date allergen information
- Notify us promptly of any changes to ingredients or suppliers
- Ensure staff are adequately trained in allergen awareness
- Comply with all applicable food safety and allergen legislation
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eletiser Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of AllergenGuard services or reliance on allergen information published through our platform.
7. Intellectual Property
AllergenGuard and all associated branding, content and software are the intellectual property of Eletiser Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
